According to the Southern Hydrometeorological Station, due to the impact of storm No. 3, the sea area from Lam Dong to Ca Mau (including the sea area of ​​Ho Chi Minh City) has southwest wind level 5, sometimes level 6, gusting to level 7-8.

To proactively respond to all situations and minimize damage caused by storm No. 3, the Chairman of the Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee has directed: Heads of city departments, agencies, and chairmen of the People's Committees of wards and communes to focus on implementing measures to prevent and respond when the storm affects the city, and prepare detailed plans to mobilize materials, means, and forces to respond to the storm's impact.

Coastal units, localities, and Con Dao special zone must implement plans to ensure safety for people and vessels operating on rivers, at sea, and in waterways. Closely monitor storm No. 3 and regularly inform vehicle owners of the storm's developments.

The Department of Tourism and Saigon Tourist Corporation have directed that tourist boats not be allowed to operate on rivers and seas in dangerous weather conditions, with big waves and strong winds, and to strictly check safety measures for tourists on board before departure.
