Awarding scholarships to 69 poor students who have overcome difficulties to study well in Duc Tho

Duc Tho district in collaboration with the Center for Social Work - Vocational Education for the Disabled in Ha Tinh has just organized the first scholarship awarding ceremony in 2025 for students in difficult circumstances in the district. The amount is sponsored by the Zhishan Foundation Taiwan Project Office, Taiwan (China).

Zhishan Foundation Taiwan project has awarded nearly 56 million VND to the children.

This time, Zhishan Foundation Taiwan Project sponsored scholarships for 69 poor students who overcame difficulties and studied well in the area, each worth 750,000 VND for primary and secondary school students, 1,000,000 VND for high school students. The total cost of scholarships and gifts is over 55,900,000 VND.

Poor students with difficult circumstances receive scholarships

Zhi Shan Foundation Taiwan Project has implemented a scholarship program for poor students who overcome difficulties and study well at all three levels in Duc Tho district since 2012. The project is committed to continuing to accompany the students until they graduate from university, college and vocational school if they maintain good academic performance.
