At commercial banks, the USD exchange rate has had opposite developments. Specifically, at Vietcombank , USD is traded at 25,880 - 26,270 VND (buy - sell), an increase of 40 VND for buying and 10 VND for selling compared to June 26.
At BIDV , the USD exchange rate today decreased by 20 VND in both directions, down to 25,910 - 26,270 VND (buy - sell).
The exchange rate at VietinBank also decreased by 22 VND in both directions when listed today at 25,915 - 26,275 VND/USD.
Meanwhile, the State Bank listed today's central exchange rate at 25,048 VND/USD, down 5 VND compared to the morning of June 26.
With a trading band of ±5% compared to the central rate, the applied ceiling rate is 26,300 VND/USD and the floor rate is 23,796 VND/USD.
The reference exchange rate at the State Bank's Transaction Office is currently 23,851 - 26,255 VND/USD (buy - sell).
