Due to an error, this device continuously emitted signals in the 433.05 - 434.79 MHz frequency band, a frequency band exempted from licensing for remote control devices such as smart keys (according to Circular 08/2021/TT-BTTTT). After handling the interference device, the problem was resolved, resolving the inconvenience and anxiety of the people.
