On the morning of September 24, in Hanoi, the first Congress of Party Committees of Central Party agencies for the 2025-2030 term solemnly opened. General Secretary To Lam attended and directed the Congress. The Congress took place on September 23-24 with the participation of 293 official delegates, representing more than 8,700 Party members of Central Party agencies.
