The Border Guard Command directed the Border Guards of coastal provinces and cities from Quang Ninh to An Giang to coordinate with local authorities and functional agencies to promptly notify vehicle owners and captains of ships and boats operating at sea of ​​the location and direction of movement of the tropical depression that is likely to strengthen into a tropical depression, so that they can proactively prevent and avoid it, ensuring the safety of people, vehicles and property.
