On December 7, 2020, BIDV Ha Tinh Youth Union and the Provincial Police Youth Union signed a cooperation agreement in organizing mass mobilization and social activities; cultural and artistic exchanges, sports and sharing experiences in union work and youth movements for the period 2020 - 2022.
The Youth Unions of the two units have been proactive, creative, and have promoted their strengths in building and implementing joint activities. The activities have been carried out evenly and extensively in all aspects of activities, creating positive impressions, and have been recognized and highly appreciated by the leaders of the two agencies, local authorities at all levels, agencies, and organizations. In particular, they have coordinated to implement 14 joint activities in many fields, built 3 youth projects, and mobilized 46 gifts with a total value of 69 million VND.
In particular, the two sides connected businesses to support the work of preventing and fighting the COVID-19 epidemic in Ha Tinh with 125,000 medical masks, 1,000 bottles of sanitizer, total value of 150 million VND; produced 1,300 anti-droplet glasses to give to frontline forces to prevent the epidemic; encouraged and gave many gifts to the epidemic prevention forces; BIDV supported the establishment of a fund to sponsor children of police officers in difficult circumstances; coordinated to organize gifts of 10 million VND to disadvantaged children; coordinated to hand over 70 million VND gratitude houses to households in Loc Ha; handed over 70 million VND houses to Huong Khe police officers...

In the period of 2023 - 2027, BIDV Ha Tinh Youth Union and the Provincial Police Department agreed to the agreement with the goal of building a cooperative relationship in union work and youth movement between the two units on the basis of promoting the strengths of the parties in accordance with the development orientation of each unit.
At the same time, improve the capacity and operational efficiency of the parties; strengthen coordination towards long-term goals in the development orientation of union work, youth movements as well as the operational strategy and development orientation of each unit.
