Opening of the Southeast Region Industry and Trade Fair

Attending the opening ceremony were Deputy Director of the Trade Promotion Agency ( Ministry of Industry and Trade ) Le Hoang Tai; Provincial Party Committee member, Director of the Department of Industry and Trade of Dong Nai province Vu Ngoc Long along with leaders of departments and branches in the province and representatives of localities attending the fair.

The fair is the first national trade promotion activity held after the merger of provinces in Dong Nai. The fair is directed by the Ministry of Industry and Trade and the Provincial People's Committee with about 280 booths, of which Dong Nai has more than 30 booths participating, focusing on booths of OCOP products (One Commune One Product Program), typical rural industrial products... of the province. The fair takes place from August 14 to 20.

Speaking at the opening ceremony of the fair, Director of the Department of Industry and Trade Vu Ngoc Long emphasized: The Southeast - Dong Nai Industry and Trade Exhibition Fair is one of the activities to promote culture, tourism, and attract investment from provinces and cities in the region to domestic and foreign traders and tourists. This is also a place to honor individuals and groups who have contributed their efforts and intelligence to the economic development of the Southeast region in general and Dong Nai province in particular in recent times.

The fair is an opportunity for Dong Nai province to introduce to other provinces and cities in the region and across the country the province's potentials, strengths, and achievements in socio-economic development, especially in the fields of industry and trade...
