Over the past 5 years, the Military Region's Armed Forces have successfully implemented the emulation movement "Skilled in Mass Mobilization", building "Good Mass Mobilization Units" with many practical and creative policies, models and methods. Typically, with the policy of "Strengthening friendly ties, supporting and helping ethnic and religious compatriots", the Party Standing Committee and the Military Region Command regularly organize meetings with religious dignitaries in the area on the occasion of the New Year; visit and congratulate on important religious holidays. The Military Region has coordinated to build and donate 1,937 military-civilian gratitude houses, 166 cultural, physical training and sports facilities in religious establishments and ethnic minority areas...

Effectively implement the policy of sending people to settle in the border areas through the implementation of the Project "Building residential areas adjacent to border militia posts", the plan "Building residential areas adjacent to border posts, stations, and border guard posts" so that the army can rely on the people to protect the border, and the people can rely on the army to feel secure in farming. Up to now, the Military Region has built 58 points/779 houses adjacent to border militia posts, posts, stations, and border guard posts; built 2 kindergartens adjacent to border residential areas along with many infrastructures, connecting social welfare works, supporting and creating jobs for people.
