The program "Supporting exam season" for the 2023 High School Graduation Exam was deployed simultaneously by Ha Tinh Provincial Youth Union at exam sites with many practical activities, contributing to ensuring the exam takes place safely and smoothly.
In order to support candidates participating in the 2023 High School Graduation Exam, the Provincial Youth Union Standing Committee has directed the establishment of 35 youth volunteer teams with more than 1,500 members to participate in activities to support the "Exam Support" Program for candidates and their families. Accordingly, volunteer teams are arranged at 100% of the exam sites with the motto of efficiency, practicality, and safety. The teams focus on many activities such as coordinating with functional forces to guide and direct traffic to ensure security, order, and traffic safety in the exam area and important traffic checkpoints, providing drinking water, looking after and keeping free belongings for candidates... During this year's exam, volunteer teams will also coordinate with the authorities, medical facilities, and exam sites to review and grasp information about the situation of candidates in the locality and develop proactive plans to handle any unusual incidents related to weather, accidents, health, etc. of candidates. During the time the candidates are taking the exam, the volunteer teams will organize the implementation of dual tasks such as: guiding people to install electronic identification, online public services, using cashless payment applications...
