This is considered one of the top localities in terms of economic scale as well as budget revenue of the whole country. Phu Tho province has many strengths, competitive advantages and harmony from culture, people to economic structure, mutual support between industry and services. Especially the industry is growing with high-tech centers that have been and are being formed.

Industrial parks (IPs) are at their peak, with a large proportion of technology enterprises such as: Khai Quang, Thang Long Vinh Phuc, Ba Thien II, Ba Thien I..., combined with well-planned IPs with high standards of technical infrastructure (electricity, water, broadband telecommunications), centralized wastewater treatment systems, synchronous social infrastructure such as Hung Vuong High-Tech Park, Nam Binh Xuyen Industrial Park,... will soon make Phu Tho the center of the semiconductor industry of the country, attracting leading corporations and CNC enterprises in technology.

In addition, VSIP Phu Tho Industrial Cluster is a successful cooperation between Phu Tho province and Sembcorp Group (Singapore). VSIP Phu Tho has all the conditions to become a bright spot attracting FDI with international standards, a good foundation to expand and attract projects with high technology content (CNC) in the next stages.

The new provincial government apparatus is led by a team of young leaders with a lot of practical experience in attracting investment. It will always ensure flexibility and adaptability, fully apply the highest incentives according to the provisions of the law on investment and especially incentives for CNC projects and CNC zones (corporate income tax, land rent exemption and reduction, training support...).

Departments, branches and localities focus on strong administrative reform, implementing the one-stop shop and one-stop shop mechanism, providing maximum support to businesses throughout the investment and operation process. With its strategic geo-economic position, high political determination demonstrated through focusing on developing specialized infrastructure, competitive incentive policies and strong administrative reform efforts, Phu Tho province will certainly gradually become a new bright spot in attracting CNC investment.

Although there are still challenges to overcome, with methodical and proactive steps, Phu Tho province is ready to support technology eagles to build nests, develop production and business, and create high added value.
