Regarding the selection of investors, it is implemented according to Decrees: 23/2024/ND-CP; 115/2024/ND-CP; 225/2025/ND-CP. Units accelerate the selection of investors according to the list approved by the City People's Council. In particular, develop criteria for selecting investors in accordance with the city's planning and development practices; strengthen inspection and supervision to prevent violations and negativity.
Regarding the reporting of bidding activities, the city requires units to periodically update data on the National Bidding Network System, including: Total number of approved planned bidding packages that must select contractors in the reporting period; total value of planned bidding packages approved for contractor selection in the reporting period; total number of winning bidding packages in the reporting period; total winning value of winning bidding packages in the reporting period...
Before January 10, 2026, units must submit the 2025 bidding activity report to the system.
