Training on legal regulations on petroleum business

BAC NINH - On the morning of September 9, at Kinh Bac Cultural Center, the Department of Science and Technology held a training conference on legal documents in petroleum business activities for more than 80 representatives of enterprises and petroleum retail stores in the province.

At the conference, delegates were introduced by representatives of the Department of Standards, Metrology and Quality (Department of Science and Technology) on the basic contents of the Law on Measurement, the Law on Product and Goods Quality, and new points of Circular 06/2025/TT-BKHCN amending Circular 15/2015/TT-BKHCN regulating measurement and quality in petroleum trading, effective from August 1, 2025.

Details include requirements for petrol and oil measuring columns, regulations on periodic self-inspection, repair, information display on petrol and oil measuring columns, emission standards; principles of petrol and oil quality management, regulations on building and applying quality management systems in petrol and oil trading, sampling, sample storage, sample preservation, quality record keeping; inspection, verification, calibration, testing of measuring instruments...

At the same time, delegates were also informed about the roadmap for switching to clean fuels, E10 bio-fuel; guided units to properly implement price listing procedures, ensure fire prevention and fighting safety, and protect the environment in business activities...

Within the framework of the conference, business representatives directly discussed difficulties and problems in the process of implementing legal regulations on petroleum business at the unit.

Representative of Petrolimex Petroleum Equipment Joint Stock Company introduced petroleum pipelines to delegates attending the training course.

Through the training course, trainees who are officers and managers of enterprises and petrol stations will grasp important knowledge in the business activities of the unit; be shared and resolved difficulties and problems in the process of implementing activities to ensure measurement and quality in petrol trading. Thereby, contributing to the good implementation and strict and synchronous compliance with legal regulations in the management of measurement and petrol quality, contributing to building a transparent and healthy petrol trading market in the province.
